The International Conference on Materials Science and Engineering (BRAMAT) represents one of the most important and traditionally scientific events of Materials Science and Engineering field in Romania, enjoying increasingly higher visibility at the international level.  The aim of the BRAMAT conference is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Materials Science and Engineering. It also provides opportunities for the participants to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find other partners for future collaboration.
The conference is relevant for M4F primarily because of a workshop on the topic of digital infrastructure projects exploring advanced structural materials data that includes a presentation on CEN/WS NATEDA.  Further, there are oral presentations on Gen IV materials, materials characterization and materials modeling.
